Fama Francisco, now vice president for global feminine care, will become president of that P&G business effective November 1. She’ll oversee brands such as Always feminine care products in the new role. Francisco has a been a point person for the company’s #LikeAGirl marketing campagin. She has worked at P&G since 1989.

Meanwhile, Juan Fernando Posada,who had been vice president of P&G operations in Colombia, Chile and Peru, has been named president of Latin America selling and market operations, effective immediately. He succeeds Tarek Farahat, who will retire September 30 after more than 26 years with P&G.

The moves follow the recent announced that Martin Riant would step down from his role of group president, of the global baby, feminine and family care businesses, October 1.
